Deadly Justice

If I had to choose a label for this film, “Deadly Justice”which is really a D or C rated movie by any standard. I would probably call it a thriller. I wonder where the funding for its production or for fixing its faults went, given its poor acting, flat direction and ear aching music.

There are a couple of pseudo Southern accents, all of them from the locals, who were hired as supporting cast in this where a judge is imprisoned, and the district attorney, police chief, and others who might have put him there seek vengeance. Corin Nemec, an actor, wrote this story about the “CSI: Miami” in the Deep South and a comedy show where the host is inexplicably obsessed with the case of a woman whose husband was murdered over one hundred dollars and was able to “gotcha” himself. It was filled with stupid twists, ridiculous responses and dialogues and thick headed comic reliefs.

Kelly Sullivan heads Holly who was a DA turned lawyer but unfortunately accepts the offer to participate in Dale Jones’ (Brian Krause) violent show called ‘Real crimes.’ A judge was imprisoned for tracking and executing his married spouse, such a shocking incident that there was a tv movie (shown but less grotesque than the ‘real’ one ) about it .

Holly and her father whom Contemporary politics define as Captain Holly and Chief of Da.police (Marco St. John) are presented by “Real Crime” as villains who got that judge convicted. This it does quite poorly indeed, oh and then the disgusting presenter further humiliates Holly by trying to date her. Then upon reaching her residence, a person electroshocks her and leaves a letter stating that it’s ‘Your turn to lose someone’.Sure, Holly the ex DA doesn’t call the police and complain about the attack, “Logic” exits and never comes back, two mad taser way thugs plan to come for Holly’s assistant (Christiana Leucas), her father and a few others.

That new dude curious in ‘town’, who was a second dude in case, attempts to make some over concern for holly first time they meet. Is the writer and Stargate actor Bowman to Burke which ever ways concerned who from a stellar salmon brothel kissed queen fat ducky land for judge Billy Miller whomever these people saying he’s running the brothel from the prison.

Now about casting. The script does not really play on the fact that Krause and Nemec look and could be brothers whereas, this plot twist seems to be under developed. However, two rough 50 year olds doesn’t really stand a chance to marry a pretty, educated single taskforce member, so that the audience may wonder the odds of success in getting date’s attention.

Sullivan, who got into the business quite some ages ago from a film adaptation of the stage musical ‘The producers’ and starred in Roman J. Israel, Esq., as well as ‘Never Have I Ever’ and this one, is quite close to end it in frustration and angry embarrassment.About that moment in the movie when we hear ‘Is anybody believing any of this drivel’ on the vapid ‘Real Crime’ live TV channel that is the most concise and probably the only possible review of it.
